- 6 oz Lump Crab Meat
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoon Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
- 2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Creole Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Parsley
Preparations:

Mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, creole mustard, parsley and chopped shrimp. Add 1 teaspoon of Ocean Delight to the mixture as well for the seasoning.
Separate the mixture by stuffing half into one pice of salmon and the remainder of the mixture into the other half of Salmon.
Place stuffed salmon onto a baking sheet and pour melted butter evenly on-top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes throughly.
