Spooky Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Our Spooky Spinach and Artichoke Dip would definitely become a fan favorite to this years Halloween Party. This dip has the perfect balance of flavor and creaminess. You are able to add any protein of your choice such as crab, shrimp, or even chicken. We decided to keep it basic without meat and add in our top seller, Ocean Delight.

- 12oz. Chopped Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 8.5oz (1 can) Artichoke hearts
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 14oz Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella (for topping)
- 1 Cup Parmesan or Muenster, Asiago, Romano Cheese
- 1 Tbl Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black pepper
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 2 Tb Ocean Delight
- 1 Tsp Roasted Granulated Garlic
- Tortillas chips (Your preference)
Pre-heat Oven to 400 degrees.
Make sure you've drained all of the extra moisture in your spinach and artichokes.
Chop up your artichokes into small bit size pieces.
In a bowl, mix together your drained spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, paprika, ocean delight, & roasted granulated garlic.
In a cast iron skillet or dish of your chose, scoop your dip into pan and top off with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. You're looking for a nice brown crust top.
Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips or sliced baguette bread.
